Overview

Kandy is a vibrant city located in the Central Province of Sri Lanka. It is home to the Temple of the Tooth, a UNESCO world heritage site. It is also known for its vibrant nightlife, cultural attractions and shopping opportunities.

Kaluthara is a small village located on the banks of the Kalu Ganga River. It is known for its lush greenery, and tranquil atmosphere and is home to many traditional Sri Lankan villages. It is also home to a number of Ayurveda treatment centers where visitors can experience holistic healing. The surrounding area of Kaluthara offers several activities such as swimming, cycling, bird watching, plantation activities and even cooking classes. Visitors can explore the village’s local culture and learn about the area’s traditional cuisine and customs. Other activities include reading, meditation, and yoga. Kaluthara is a great place to experience the beauty of Sri Lanka and its rich culture. Its combination of traditional and modern activities makes it an ideal place to relax, explore and learn about the country.

Itinerary

Day 1

Katunayaka airport to Kandy

Ayu-bowan! Welcome to Sri lanka. A representative of Benita creation travels will meet and greet you at the Katunayaka international airport, leave to Kandy with sightseeing (Depend on arrival time) and check in the hotel evening Dinner and overnight stay Kandy.

Day 2

Kandy

Kandy city tour ,visit temple of the tooth relics(Dalada Maligawa) Which is located in the royal palace complex of the former Kingdom of  Kandy. witness a cultural show.(1h) the spectacular fire dance and other folklore demon dances,traditional kandyan dancers are definite breathtaking experiences to the visitors . relax and shopping. overnight stay at Kandy.

Day 3

Kandy to Kalutara

Early morning breakfast and transfer to Kalutara with Central hill country scenery (Udarata) and check in the hotel and participate evening program. Dinner and Overnight stay at Kalutara.

Day 4-13

Kalutara wellness Program

* 06.00-07.00 -Yoga

* 07.30-09.00 – Breakfast

* 09.00-12.30- Ayuvedic treatment

*12.30-14.30 – Lunch

*14.30-17.30  Ayurveda treatment ,other activities read,meditation swim,cycling in the village ,bird watching ,activities in the Plantation,cookery classes

(Optional)- Day trips (Madu river safari, Neluwa tea plantation visit

Kosgoda turtle hatchery visit etc..)

* 17.30-18.30  Yoga and /or meditation (group classes)

Discussions with the resident Ayuvedic and yoga teacher

about traditional food ,healthy food, philosophy or meditation

for your improvement. Around 1 hour.

after that go to bed (Consult Sleeping disorder persons to make good habits for comfortable sleep)

Day 14

Kalutara to Airport Katunayaka

Departure from Kalutara to Airport Katunayaka.
